Learning & Access Officer is a new role within ITD. ITD is committed to audience development, widening access to its performances and providing outstanding learning opportunities. The creation of this role reflects this commitment and aims to grow the organisation’s delivery in these areas.
The Learning & Access Officer is required to have experience in either widening audience access or creative learning in an arts organisation, or both. The Learning & Access Officer will be an excellent communicator, a positive and enthusiastic team member and an independent and organised worker.
The focus of the role will be to develop ITD’s Creative Learning offer, including skills development, and effect a step-change in the company’s access provision, alongside productions.
This is a fixed term contract for 5 months (subject to extension, dependant on funding)
The role is part time and flexible (0.5 FTE)
Salary £28,800 pro rata
