Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium (LARC), Activating Collaboration Through Shared Services (ACTS) Project, Consultancy Opportunity
The Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium (LARC), is a unique collaboration of nine of the leading cultural institutions in Liverpool working together to ensure that cultural organisations play a significant role in the regeneration of the Liverpool City Region, and in establishing Liverpool as a world class creative city. It works closely with Creative Organisations of Liverpool (COoL), a collective of 32 smaller arts organisations based in the Liverpool City Region.
We wish to commission a consultant to undertake a process to Identify and prioritise potential opportunities for collaboration across LARC & COoL organisations in order to:
1.      drive up quality and effectiveness of service delivery
2.      enable cost reduction by sharing and leveraging scale economies and
3.      enable increased levels of service by taking advantage of specific areas of capability that might exist in one organisation but is not present in another.
There is a fixed budget of £35k (funded by Liverpool City Council, Arts Council England and LARC) to complete the activities detailed above in approximately 6-8 months (March – December 2019) but we welcome ideas around different resourcing models & project timeframes as long as they remain within the budget cap.
Full details are available to download in the document linked below, including details on how to apply, or via email at recruitment@liverpoolphil.com.
Royal Liverpool Philharmonic will be the contracting organisation, on behalf of LARC.
Closing date for applications: 12 noon, 15 March 2019.
