Liverpool Biennial is looking to appoint a Head of Programmes to join the team. The Head of Programmes will support the Director in all aspects of the research, planning and delivery of the Biennial exhibition, public art commissions and the year-round delivery of its public programme.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have at least seven years’ experience in developing and producing contemporary art projects.

Liverpool Biennial is the UK Biennial of Contemporary Art. It presents a free festival of contemporary art from around the world that takes place across the city in public spaces, unused buildings and galleries. The Biennial is underpinned by a programme of research, education, residencies and commissions. Founded in 1998, Liverpool Biennial has commissioned over 305 new artworks and presented work by over 444 artists from around the world.
