We currently have the post(s) of Head of International Slavery Museum available.

The International Slavery Museum is one of four museums in the NML group. Reporting to the Executive Director of Museums & Participation, you will lead on delivering the vision and ongoing development for this outstanding museum.

This is an important time to join National Museums Liverpool (NML) as we realise our ambition and vision for our Waterfront Transformation Project. This includes the transformation of our significant International Slavery Museum and its expansion into the Dr Martin Luther King Jr Building. You will focus on building an inclusive visitor offer for a bigger and more diverse audience, bringing a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and communities while maintaining oversight of the Museum’s day-to-day management. You will be the client for new developments ensuring the ambitions and needs of the museum are met.
