We are looking for someone with a strong commercial background and enthusiasm for working with the public in a welcoming and inclusive cultural venue to join our senior management team as Head of Commercial Operations (parental leave cover).
The fundamental aim of the role is to grow our commercial offer, strengthening our brand to meet, and exceed, financial targets across our café, shop, corporate hire and membership schemes. You will be responsible for delivering our café and retail vision, leading a front of house team to ensure excellent customer service is offered to every museum visitor.
As a member of the senior management team, you will share responsibility for delivering our Business Plan and Fundraising Strategy, collaborating closely with colleagues on marketing, fundraising, programming and financial activities.
- Salary: £30,000
- Contract Type: Fixed term – 8 months PLC (with possible extension to 12 months maximum)
- Hours: 35 hours per week plus some unsociable hours
- Deadline: 12 noon, Monday 14 June 2021
