Liverpool Biennial is looking to appoint a Finance Assistant on a temporary contract until 30 November 2016.
The Finance Assistant will assist the Finance Officer to maintain accurate and legally compliant records and reports which support and record the Biennial’s programme of activities. This will include monthly cash flow reports, monthly journals, payments and receipts, purchase orders and records, invoice and cheque requisitions, nominal ledger administration, maintenance and updating of database and petty cash administration.
The successful candidate will be educated to A-level or equivalent and have at least one year’s experience of working in a similar role. They will need to be organised and able to work to tight deadlines. Possession of a BTEC or similar finance qualification would be an advantage.
