Lancaster University’s core arts provider Lancaster Arts is looking to appoint a talented individual for an initial period of 10 months in the role of Development Manager. You will implement the delivery of the Lancaster Arts Guild, an invaluable group of advocates and donors working to support the work of Lancaster Arts and cultural ecology of the Lancaster district. In addition you are expected to work with colleagues to secure income from a range of HEI and arts sources such as charitable trusts and research councils to help realize art projects in sustainable contexts.

This is a new part time fixed term position working three days per week for approximately 10/11 months. You will play a key role in delivering the business aims and objectives of Lancaster Arts, and in doing so develop the potential for long term growth. You will join the senior management team of Lancaster Arts, working alongside the Director and Associate Director, and liaise with a range of internal stakeholders including the Vice Chancellor’s Office and Alumni and Development team at Lancaster University.
