We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated customer-focused individual to join us in the role of Development Assistant within our Development Team. As Development Assistant, you will work at the heart of a department which raises funds to ensure that Liverpool Philharmonic continues to thrive on stage and in our community.
The role focuses on database management, processing donations and thanking supporters, ensuring excellent records are maintained and providing bespoke, thoughtful communications to our most valued supporters.
You will offer excellent customer service, welcoming Members & Donors to performances and VIP events throughout the season and supporting our Individual Giving Manager to ensure we maximise our fundraising potential through our priority booking scheme, gift aid claims and membership renewal process.
Liverpool Philharmonic aims to provide an exceptional experience for its supporters and the Development Assistant will play a key role in ensuring supporters receive access to the benefits relevant to their membership level.
