Location: The Grand, Clitheroe
Hours: 4 days p/week, Flexible, (potential to increase to full-time)
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 (pro-rata)
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for the creative arts, music and young people.
This role will provide coordination and administration to pull together many of our renowned creative projects. You will be the key liaison for our creative classes, linking with tutors, participants and other members of our team to make everything happen.
You will work closely with our Programme & Operations Manager and be a key part of our team, coordinating and communicating with all departments. You will also help to coordinate and be the event lead for a selection of our events.
This is a new role to meet the needs of our growing programme of events and projects.
We are a team of creatives, there will be lots of opportunities to outwork your own ideas as we look to consistently improve our current offering and develop new creative projects for young people through the arts.
CREATIVE CLASSES
- Be the key liaison and relationship manager for our 3rd party creative classes including Ella Shaw’s Academy of Arts, Let’s Dance, The Grand Choir and more as we continue to develop our offering of creative classes.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate the needs of our creative classes including operations, technical and marketing.
CREATIVE PROJECTS
- Coordinate our creative projects for young people including Be My Band, Bunker Sessions, Stereo Press Events, Make Your Cut and more.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with all of our project participants,
- Oversee each of these projects, coordinating the projects tutors and managing the project budgets.
- Work with the wider team to continually create and develop new projects.
EVENTS & OPERATIONS
- Assist our Event & Operations Manager with the events programme.
- Take minutes at Operations Meetings and distribute to the team.
- Manage and event lead roughly two events per month.
