Creative Project Co-Ordinator, Curated Place

Curated Place is a Manchester based creative production company specializing in developing, delivering, managing and marketing major projects across international borders and with numerous partners. We commission and present new music and visual art across Europe and beyond, and have successfully developed major city-wide projects for major institutions and establishments taking projects from concept through to delivery in the UK, the Netherlands, and across the Nordic region.

We are seeking an adaptable and experienced full-time Project Co-ordinator to join our small, dedicated team to join us delivering our broad portfolio of light, art and music projects.

If you have a passion for the arts, a business mind and a flair for technology this is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing company at a critical stage of development becoming part of a close-knit team. You will be part of the team delivering exciting music, sound and light art festivals and commissions in England, Scotland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with the both the creative world and the cultural economy, someone comfortable working out of an office or a toolbox. The role involves taking a leading role in developing and delivering across Curated Place’s extensive and highly acclaimed international project portfolio. You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering projects to a high standard within project timescales and budgets. Essential skills include project management and administration, clear and appropriate communication and an ability to share your enthusiasm with others. You will have experience of supporting large teams, identifying funding, developing funding bids and stakeholder management as well as the ability to develop works with artists and venues.

The role will involve travel, unusual hours and periods of time working away from home on site wherever in the world our work takes us.
