The Creative Engagement Manager has a critical role in helping us develop new audiences and increase participation levels in Blackpool and Wyre. Key initiatives currently include developing a number of creative engagement programmes across Blackpool Coastal Housing’s estates, supporting a series of community led arts commissions and developing a pop up arts space in Fleetwood.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working with artists and communities, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to forge and maintain strong strategic and creative partnerships.
