Are you interested in producing events which ignite curiosity in Science?

The Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester is devoted to inspiring futures through ideas that change the world, from the Industrial Revolution to today and beyond.

To help us with the creation of our year-round, contemporary science events programme, we are searching for a Contemporary Science Programme Producer to join our Learning and Public Programmes department.

As part of our Contemporary Science team you will manage the research, development and delivery of several high quality and creative events. The programme will include a variety of projects including, festivals, live performances, museum lates, In Conversation events with high profile speakers and participatory family programmes that are truly open to all.

You will bring robust experience of planning and delivering medium to large scale events with the skills to motivate a creative team and work with a variety of operational staff including contractors and events partners.
