Community Music and Singing Facilitator, Find Your Voice

Salary: £40 per hour (3+ hrs per week)

Our Purpose:Â To build singing communities that improve health and wellbeing, whilst creating a safe space for change and engagement.
Under the guidance of the Programme Manager, you will ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes within children’s centres and adult day care centres, delivering our flagship programmes. Momentum: a multisensory music and movement programme for vulnerable adults and Xplore, a multisensory singing programme for adults and their children aged 0-4yrs.
Role:
The role is very much centred around direct work within our communities. The aim of this role is to deliver high quality singing sessions to adults who might not normally participate or engage in creative arts.
Experience:Â
Working with music in a community setting
Experience of music delivery and singing facilitating
Experience of working with diverse communities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple demands whilst working to tight timescales
Desirable:
Experience of community arts development
Experience working with ESFA or similar quality assurance frameworks
