Blue Room Facilitator and Studio Facilitator
Blue Room Facilitator (Liverpool), 30 hours per week £21,000 pro rata
You will be responsible for planning and delivery of our core Blue Room programme at Bluecoat, working with 30+ regular members each week. Using Bluecoat’s contemporary arts and heritage programmes as inspiration you will devise and facilitate inclusive hands on arts experiences for three days every week, supported by a small team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build on their existing experience of visual arts workshop facilitation in a unique and nurturing environment.
Studio Facilitator, 22.5 hours per week £21,000 pro rata
Building on a successful pilot project, we are seeking a Studio Facilitator to contribute to our new inclusive artist development programme, Studio Me. You will support individual Blue Room members to develop their artistic practice, enabling them to identify and purposefully pursue their creative interests, developing new skills and networks. You will also engage and support a small network of artists to input into the programme through skills sharing and mentoring. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing experience to make an impact on accessibility of careers for learning disabled and neurodivergent artists.
We are recruiting the roles together and the Person Specifications are very similar. If you would like to be considered for both roles you can do so by completing one application form. You will be asked to indicate on the form which role(s) you are applying for.
Deadline to apply is Monday 19th April at 9am.
