Art studio coordinator
Salary: £10/hour
Type of contract: part time
Reporting to: Arena Directors

Hours of work: 22 hours per month.
Flexible working hours from home or from Arena studios located in the Baltic area in Liverpool.
Arena Studios is looking for an Art Studio Coordinator to join their team to manage the charity’s finances and to ensure the smooth running of the studios. They will meet regularly with Arena Directors to report and support the decision making process.
Arena studios is a charity whose mission is to offer affordable studio space to local artists and to create a community of creative supporting each other and generating opportunities for each other.

Skills required
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Bookkeeping.
- Filing skills.
- Record-keeping skills.
- strong communication and organisational skills
- understanding of account management
- good working knowledge of MS word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
