The Enquiries team is at the heart of customer care at Arts Council England and we need experienced staff to join us. You’ll be responding to a wide range of enquiries by phone, email, and post as well as providing a switchboard/information service for the whole of Arts Council England. You’ll also be part of the team that build the resources we need to answer these enquiries.
You’ll be able to respond quickly, courteously and accurately to customers from a diverse range of backgrounds, and have an understanding of the need to provide effective information services. Ideally you will have experience of a customer service environment in information services or in a contact centre.
