Administrator, Customer Services – Apprentice (x 2 posts)
Arts Council, National – The Hive, Manchester
Salary £17,150 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Contract: Fixed term contract for 18 months, working 35 hours per week (including training days)

Arts Council England is the national development agency, championing, developing and investing in the arts and culture across England.

The Enquiries team is at the heart of customer care at Arts Council England and we are looking for enthusiastic and determined staff to join us at the start of their apprenticeship career.

You will be responding to a wide range of enquiries by phone, email, and post as well as providing a switchboard service for the whole of Arts Council England. You’ll also be part of the team that build the resources we need to answer these enquiries.

You will be able to respond quickly, courteously and accurately to customers from a diverse range of backgrounds, and have an understanding of the need to provide effective information services. You will have an enthusiastic and pro-active attitude with the confidence and ability to learn quickly. You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.

This is a role most suitable to those at the beginning of their career. We will provide a stimulating and fast paced work environment which will be complemented by your training in Customer Services at Manchester College, leading to a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. Graduates need not apply.
