Challenging common preconceptions by revealing hidden stories from the people who live, work or have a passion for the area, L8 Unseen uncovers an area of the city that has come to be known simply by its postcode.
‘L8’, has often been used as shorthand for ‘riots and inner-city deprivation’, but this exhibition of photography and filmed interviews explores the communities living in Liverpool 8 and the true lives of people living in the area.
L8 Unseen runs until Sunday 6 September 2015 at Museum of Liverpool.
