Trans/ Non-Binary Large Scale Mural Artist to commemorate SOPHIE, 24 Kicthen St / Homotopia Festival

£1000 – £3000 COMMISSION (dependent on size of mural and experience of artist)

We are looking to commission a Trans/Non-Binary large scale mural artist to create an artwork of iconic musician SOPHIE for 24 Kitchen St – a multimedia arts venue based in Liverpool, UK. 

We encourage visual artists from a broad range of disciplines to apply. We would particularly love to hear from artists who belong to Trans intersections underrepresented in the arts, including but not limited to; working class, QTIBPoC and queer D/deaf and disabled folx. 

As part of the design process, the chosen artist will consult with 24 Kitchen St and Homotopia Festival the create the artwork.
