Arts Lancashire exists to support the work of its members, offering a strategic voice for professional arts and culture in the county.
Brief 1 : Organisational Development          Â
We seek an individual to work with Arts Lancashire to develop the organisation as a robust and well managed collective which can respond effectively to opportunity and challenge particularly looking forwards the commissioning agenda.
This central role will be to define the most appropriate, robust working model and governance for Arts Lancashire to take the network forward. Working with the Arts Lancashire partners, they will identify and drive the strategic direction and develop this new organisational working model which will include plans for project and financial management.

Brief 2 : Case for Health Commissioning          Â
Arts Lancashire is seeking an individual to bring together the range of diverse arts and health programmes in Lancashire to develop a portfolio of achievement demonstrating the benefit and impact of arts and health work in Lancashire and help us to advocate for future funding. This is a brief to develop a compelling body of evidence drawn from a range of arts and health programmes delivered across Lancashire by a range of organisations over the last 4 years.
Arts Lancashire wants to use this evidence to help frame its case for future investment by demonstrating the skills, experience and achievements of previous projects. Whilst many of these projects have been delivered by individual organisations or local clusters, we want to demonstrate the combined achievement of these as Art Lancashire.
