Voices will be anonymous and will be used in a new commissioned artwork by OUTPUT for Liverpool Irish Festival, which will respond to the successful repeal of the 8th Amendment to the Constitution of Ireland, permitting the Oireachtas (parliament) to legislate for the regulation of termination of pregnancy.
