Calling all illustrators writers and comic makers.
We are Frisson Comics a Liverpool based independent comics label and we are currently planning on putting the fourth edition of our horror zine Knock Knock and we want your submissions. This is a fantastic opportunity to have your work find an audience and self promote.
The zine primary features comics of 1-4 a5 pages in length but we also have limited space for short stories (around 1500 to 2000 words) and single page illustrations. The more visually interesting the better!
The theme for this spring edition is that of birth and rebirth.
Submissions should be in 300 dpi and submitters should be aware that the publication is in black and white.
We provide each artist featured a free download of the finished zine to print off and distribute for themselves should they wish once the publication is completed.
The deadline for this is the 10th of April and all submissions and queries should be directed to Tom at frissoncomics@gmail.com
