Liverpool’s official festival celebrating arts & culture from refugee communities and creating discourse around the refugee experience. FESTIVAL 31 brings together refugees, wider communities, individuals, grassroots, small and larger organisations for a 31 day experience across the whole city every year, starting on the same day as national Refugee Week celebrations….
Last year’s festival saw us work with 37 partners to deliver 45 events in 24 venues over 31 days with the support of over 100 volunteers!
This year (Monday 20th June – Sunday 20th July 2016) there’ll be lots of opportunities to get involved and we welcome you to suggest running your own activity- just let us know your idea and we can work with you to bring your activity into the calender. Check out our ‘Join Us‘ page if you’ve an idea or just want to get involved.
Join us for music, exhibitions, campaigning, discussions, socials, art actions, workshops, education, awareness raising, poetry, drama, film screenings & more
