How technology is redefining art & how art is integrating technology. A national art exhibition and competition celebrating the creativity of people with Autism.
Creative Future Art Competition is part of the AUTECH conference which will take place at Old Trafford Football Ground in October 2015.
You are invited to submit artwork for a national exhibition and competition of art created by people of all ages who have a diagnosis of an Autistic Spectrum Condition or Asperger’s Syndrome.
The theme for this event is how technology is redefining art and how art is integrating technology. This exhibition will run alongside a major conference on how technology can be used to support people with an ASC now and in the future.
Artists can choose any medium they wish but will be required to send a photo, scan or link to their work for the short-listing process.
If successful they will be invited to send in the original artwork and receive an invitation to see their work on display. Dame Stephanie Shirley will then pick her favourite works and the winners will receive prizes. All artwork will be returned to the artists at a later date.
Kick-start your imagination and think of current and future technology …Robots, Computers, flying cars and spaceships…or maybe use bits of technology to create something…cables, circuit boards, keyboards…or maybe artwork created using the latest computer software.
