Artists and Makers at Ness is a seasonal market held at Ness Botanic Gardens as a showcase for the regions finest designers, makers and artists.
This year we have booked dates for four events, and we are very pleased to now be taking applications for the last two of the year which will be on Sunday 11th October and 29th November in the Hulme Conservatory and Exhibition area within the visitor centre at the gardens.

We’re looking for creatives in all disciplines, including textiles, pottery, glass, woodwork, painters, illustrators, print makers, photographers, jewellers, soap makers and anything else!
The event will be free to enter and as we’re getting to the run up to Christmas we’re hoping for a really good turnout!
Stalls will cost £25 per event which includes a 6ft table and a chair. There will be room for 20 stalls with some additional space available for easels, print racks and so on so if you have any requirements please let us know on the application form. The event will be open from 11am til 4pm, please remember to indicate on the form which date/s you would like to be considered for. We can’t guarantee both dates for everyone but we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.
