Baltic Creative CIC is seeking a property professional with the expertise, passion and shared Baltic Creative community vision – that is – to develop more bespoke designed and developed floor space to serve the ever growing and changing needs of the Creative and Digital Sector. This will involve a degree of liaison with partners both public and private including LCC, Private developers, RSL’s, etc.
With numerous commercial property pipeline projects being considered, your knowledge and strategic guidance for the Board and Management Team will help shape how we grow the business into the future.
The Board currently meet bi-monthly and the expected commitment is 3 hours every 2 months. This is a voluntary position but expenses are paid.
