Liam Fogarty, chair of www.amayorforliverpool.org will lead the proposition of the motion ‘Voter Apathy? Liverpool believes that traditional politics has failed’ while Lord Bill Rodgers of Quarry Bank, leader of the Liberal Democrats in the House of Lords and original member of the ‘Gang of Four’, will lead the opposition argument.
