Last years Santa Dash was eventually confirmed as the world record for the ‘Most Santas In One Place’ with 4,505 people running around the city centre dressed in Santa outfits.
The organisers are naturally hoping to break their own record again this year.
The 5K dash takes place on Sunday December 3 2006. Starting from Castle St at 09.30 and finishing in the same place.
If you don’t have the energy to join in its still fun to watch.
The event raises over £100,000 for local charities.
