Birkenhead-born Mark Leckey Nominated for Turner Prize

This time last year we were campaigning for Merseyside artists to be nominated and maybe short-listed for the Turner Prize as it was being held in Liverpool.

Now its moved back to London and Mark Leckey who was born in Birkenhead is one of the 4 short-listed artist – and, it seems, the favourite to win.
