Monday Lunchtime with Sarah Nicolls and Sense of Sound

Sarah Nicolls is one of the leading new music pianists in Britain. She has performed over 40 times on BBC radio and has been featured talking about her innovative approach to performance and technology. Today she will present short  musical pieces and discuss them in relation to her recent work, using sensors to interactively control electronic sounds whilst she is playing.
She is a Senior Lecturer at Brunel University and has been supported on her research by the AHRC, EPSRC and the Brunel Research Innovation & Enterprise Fund.
