This weather doesn’t exactly put me in party mood but it seems its festival time. Valentine’s Day (14th) is quickly followed by Chinese New Year (18th) then its Shrove Tuesday on the 20th and the Liverpool Samba School are holding a big Brazilian-style Carnival at the new Picket on Friday 23 February 2007 from 22.00 to 03.00.
Featuring DJs, Samba Dancers, Jugglers, Percussionists etc.
The Liverpool Samba School has been around for a few years and last year won best dressed float in the Lord Mayors Parade.
