The BFI is an internationally recognised cultural body, and the lead organisation for film in the UK. We are a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.
Based at our national archive in Berkhamstead, the IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and administration of the IT infrastructure. As well as to conceive, plan and implement new technologies that will benefit the site.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive and customer focused approach as well as excellent communication skills. You will bring skills you have gained working in a similar role which will enable you to provide support for all users of the BFI computer systems at the Berkhamstead site.
You will have a proven track record working with a variety of solutions, including but not limited to, Exchange 2010 Cisco ISO,, Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems, VMware, Backup and recovery technologies, HP SAN/NAS, Citrix xenapp, sharefile & xenmobile Firewall Fortinet, Meraki Skype for business 2015 BES10.
