Educational Charity promoting Global Social Justice needs…
with experience of marketing/accounting/HR
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social justice and has experience of either marketing/accounting or HR. LWC exists to make world issues relevant to the lives of young people, and has grown significantly since its founding in 2000. We now need trustees to help guide our work that directly changes the lives of young people, and support the governance of a growing charity. In particular, we are recruiting for trustees with 3 areas of experience:
Marketing: We’ve recently embarked on a £17,000 communications project. Would you have the skills and enthusiasm to make sure we make the most of every pound that we spend, and engage better with our audience, supporters and funders?
Accounting: Would you be able to use your financial expertise to support the board of trustees and Director and Finance Manager, ensuring proper reporting and guiding trustees on financial decision making?
HR: As the team grows, we need to ensure that we do everything we can to help people fulfil their working potential. Can you help us create a working environment, in which staff and volunteers can give their best to the young people who need our support?
