Officer, Grant Process Design

Salary: £27,668 with excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent, working 35 hours per week

Location: Manchester Office

The Arts Council England is looking for a full-time Officer, Grant Process Design, to join our Project Funding team. You will play a vital role in the development of Project Grants and support the design and implementation of development funds and solicited grants. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities in this flexible grant processing role would include:

  • Supporting the Senior Officer, Grant Process Design in developing and improving our grant processes
  • Coordinating grant process between national and area offices.
  • Providing responsive, ad-hoc advice on grant-making queries for staff across the organisation
  • Promoting diversity in all aspects of the organisation’s objectives and activities

As Grant Process Design Officer, you should be able to understand complex business processes and their interdependencies and the impact of these on delivering systems changes, enhancements, and developments. Advanced IT skills, the ability to use grant management systems, and excellent communication skills are a must.
