The postholder will utilise their experience within cultural, visitor attraction or commercial industry to focus on an inclusive visitor journey in venue: to enhance the visitor experience for all. The role will explore and support optimal engagement with our venues, our vision and our Visitor Experience team. Support the Visitor Experience teams and increase engagement with internal communications, surveys and activities though back of house (BOH) support and promotion.
