Manchester International Festival (MIF) is the world’s first festival of original, new work and special events, staged every two years. From 2020, as well as producing a biennial festival, we will also run The Factory, a new state of the art building and producing organisation in the heart of Manchester.
We’re seeking to appoint a Ticketing Coordinator to build and maintain event listings, to optimise customer experience and maximise sales for Manchester International Festival (MIF). You should be comfortable using box office systems to build events and performances within the Ticketing/CRM system, process ticket bookings and compile sales reports. You’ll provide excellent customer service to all MIF audiences, be an excellent administrator and communicator with a meticulous eye for detail.
