This is an exciting opportunity to join the RNCM’s dynamic development team.
The Senior Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations) will join a successful, well-established and driven trust fundraising operation, which raises £500-600k per annum. The postholder will be responsible for building and managing relationships with a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, and writing applications to secure grants of up to £75k. The postholder will also manage legacy income to the RNCM, and oversee the annual process of allocating named scholarships and bursaries to students. S/he must be a strategic thinker, who can develop funding approaches that will support key institutional plans and projects, and an exceptional writer who can craft compelling proposals and reports. You will be joining a team of passionate, committed fundraisers. Your role will be to nurture existing relationships and secure new ones to support the RNCM’s ambitious fundraising goals.
