PRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER

Granby Workshop are looking to hire a motivated candidate to manage our ceramic tile production, making distinctive, high quality products for architectural projects and interiors all over the world.

Working in our newly expanded workshop, you will lead a small team of regular and freelance makers, playing a key role in both producing the tiles, and managing the production process & schedule.

Whilst ceramics experience is helpful, we are open to applicants who who not have direct experience in this field but that bring knowledge and expertise from other areas to our production. We require that all applicants will have professional experience from some field of making or small scale production (eg. Joinery, glass, metalwork, stone, food/catering, textiles, print, etc.) and experience of managing people.

We are looking for someone who is committed to working as part of a small team to contribute to the overall success of the workshop. For some candidates, this commitment might come from a local connection, sharing our values or a passion for the type of work that we undertake.
