Contract: Fixed term until the end of December 2018, working 35 hours per week

Arts Council England are recruiting for a Officer, Digital and Marketing to join their National Advocacy and Communication team, based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have knowledge, expertise and understanding of the principles and practice of effective digital, marketing and brand management.

In addition, you will use your knowledge and technical skills to manage the content of our digital channels: sourcing and writing online news stories and case studies, proofing copy and image editing, stats reporting, commissioning external digital and print suppliers and ensuring that work is completed on time, to a high standard, and on budget.

You will be managing relationships with external suppliers and will commission content production (copy, video and audio).

You will be providing copywriting, editing and proof reading for our online and print presence and will support communications colleagues across the five areas providing advice and guidance on content production.

You will contribute to the development of the email communications strategy and manage its delivery, including management of data within Microsoft  Dynamics, our customer relationship management software solution.  You will use and develop the segmentation and campaign tools within Microsoft Dynamics to develop a re-engagement campaign and customer care programme.
