The role will support the implementation of Wigan’s five-year cultural manifesto. It will involve you developing arts activities, projects and events across Wigan in partnership with key organisations and groups to increase participation and community involvement. Working out of The Turnpike, the role will also support artists’, enabling them to develop their practice and connecting them with opportunities and their peers.
You will be a positive advocate for arts and culture in the borough, linking communities with wider cultural opportunities that develop education and skills, improve health and wellbeing, enrich the environment and advance and promote the arts in Wigan.
