We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Communications and Partnerships to lead three key customer-facing departments. As the organisation embarks on a major capital development, Our Digital Future, we seek a strategic thinker who can ensure our Marketing, Box Office and Fundraising teams work together coherently, to support our financial resilience and audience development strategies. The post holder will also maintain existing relationships with key stakeholders and organisations, develop new relationships with partners and extend our expertise in fundraising.
– Have a qualification in Marketing and/or Fundraising
– Have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in Marketing, Fundraising or Development
– Have experience of using and interpreting databases.
