Job Title: Casual Front of House Assistant

Salary: from £7.05 to £7.50 per hour (National Living Wage dependent on age)

Hours:  hours vary but will require evening and weekend work

Contract: Casual

Responsible to: Finance and Operations Coordinator

Burnley Youth Theatre is looking for two dynamic and reliable Casual Front of House Assistants to join our team.

Successful candidates will contribute to the smooth running of the youth theatre, by working on the front desk. General duties include; selling tickets and refreshments, signing participants into workshops and handling enquiries from the public. Front of House assistants will be expected to carry out a variety of administration tasks such as filing, updating databases, and undertaking financial transactions.

We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, an outgoing personality, and a hard working attitude. You will need to work on your own initiative, as well as be able to follow clear instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner. The role requires you to handle money, be a key holder, and have responsibility for the front of house of the theatre, so you should be reliable and trustworthy.
