Link4Life (the Rochdale Borough-wide Cultural Trust) in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council are seeking to appoint a freelance consultant to undertake an outline service review and opportunities analysis in relation to Rochdale Borough Music Service.
Rochdale Music Service is a successful and thriving Music Service which has grown considerably over the past 3 ½ years. It has developed a range of new ensembles and groups, increased its work in schools and revised and developed new internal systems and practices. The service has a clear vision for its future and exciting opportunities within the wider context of arts and heritage across Rochdale.
The service has reached the point of needing to review its structures, policies and offer to reflect the changes within the Music Service, the changing realities within schools and the Local Authority as well as to be able to realise its future plans in order to continue to thrive.
Link4Life are working alongside the Music service to provide support and to commission external specialist expertise to review and inform the service at this exciting time.
A fixed fee of up to £5,000 plus VAT is available.
