FutureEverything is seeking an exceptional Festival Campaign Manager to help achieve audience development goals, ticket sales and income targets by implementing and managing an effective communications strategy. Throughout the contract period, they will task manage two junior staff members, and will work closely with subcontractors to deliver high impact festival communications, programme, and value for money. A delivery oriented and management post, the Campaign Manager is responsible for Communications, PR and Marketing delivery for FutureEverything 2016.
To enable the effective delivery of a PR and Marketing strategy for the festival in a short timeframe, FutureEverything require a highly driven and capable professional. The role requires experience of delivering a range of management and complex comms activity in a high-paced arts, digital, creative or events environment. They will be able to confidently communicate with a variety of audiences both nationally and internationally. As this is a short term contract we are looking for someone who can ‘hit the ground running’. The successful candidate will be collaborative and determined, creative and interested in new ideas. This role requires confidence in planning and executing festival communications with the capacity and ability to get things done, as well as to articulate and deliver communications in a challenging sector. In addition to communications experience, they will have a track record of delivering results with excellent people management skills.
