The main aim of the Public Engagement and Learning (PEL) department at the IWM branches is to enable visitors of all ages to engage in a stimulating, interactive and hands-on approach to understanding the collections and the challenges of the themes addressed in our exhibitions and displays.
Learning Practitioners will deliver high quality formal and informal learning experiences for a variety of ages, across our branches. Individuals within this team will be to work in a collaborative, creative and agile way. Applicants should have a high quality approach to learning and engagement practice, with excellent communication and customer care skills.
