We are an organisation with a strong educational purpose, striving to be the most inclusive museums service in the country, offering memorable experiences that are for everyone.
As part of the leadership team, you will be accountable to the Chief Executive and will lead our Commercial Enterprises and Visitor Experience directorate focused on providing outstanding customer service and commercial opportunities. If you are a team player who acts with integrity, professionalism, energy and drive who wants to work in the cultural sector then this could be the role for you. You will take strategic management responsibility for the Visitor Experience, Commercial Enterprises and Security teams within NML, whilst playing a key role in the wider strategic leadership of the whole organisation.
As a member of our leadership team you will make a significant contribution to the achievement of our new vision for 2030 and will work with colleagues to develop our business. This is an important, demanding and rewarding role based in Liverpool but we will take an agile approach with a mix of office based and home working as well as occasional travel across the UK and beyond.
