Engagement Manager – 37.5 hours per week, £30,172 plus staff benefits
The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead on the delivery and evaluation of The Lowry’s ‘Focus projects’ and targeted Learning & Engagement work. These projects focus on working alongside young people experiencing challenging circumstances. The role will require you to ensure positive and sustainable relationships with participants and supporting agencies are developed and maintained.
This role will require you to connect young people to the combined arts programme whilst ensuring that these projects & programmes support the objectives of The Lowry as well as providing more informal opportunities for people of all ages to have their first creative engagement with The Lowry.
A proven ability to work with children, young people and community groups is essential, in addition to the ability to drive creative ideas from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Salford geography and communities as well as key agencies and networks.
