National Museums Liverpool is looking to recruit a Diversity & Inclusion Partner to join our People Team, helping develop and deliver our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy, and fostering strong working relationships across a range of stakeholder groups.
In this role you will work closely with our leadership team, the wider organisation and external partners, driving our cultural change and creating an inclusive environment, helping to ensure non-discriminatory practises and promote equality, diversity and inclusion, in all that we do.
As Diversity & Inclusion Partner you will have a key role to play in ensuring that we achieve our strategic aims to;
- have the most representative audience and colleagues’ profiles within the museums sector in the UK.
- ensure our colleagues, audiences and displays are representative of the communities we are here to serve.
Initially an 18-month fixed term engagement, this role with be based primarily within the Liverpool city region, but consideration will be given to hybrid and remote working.
