DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / HEART OF GLASS
Salary: £18,000 – 21,000 pro rata (£32,000 – 35,000 full time equivalent)
21 hours per week (0.6 post)
The Development Manager is a new post which is integral to the growth and sustainability of Heart of Glass through developing and delivering a fundraising strategy that supports our vision. You will join our small team as the organisation moves into its important next stage of development. We are seeking a person who has an in depth understanding of the current income generation climate in the UK arts sector, from fundraising to earned income through private giving and partnership working. You will work closely with the Director and Deputy Director to develop our fundraising strategy and delivery plan, prioritising key projects for 2018/19 and support the Deputy Director in managing our key funder relationships such as Arts Council England and European partnership programme funded through Creative Europe.
