DEPUTY DIRECTOR (MATERNITY COVER) / HEART OF GLASS
Salary: £28,000 (full-time equivalent £40,000)
25 hours per week
The Deputy Director (Maternity Cover) will join our small and dedicated team to work as part of our senior management team to lead the organisation’s strategic development, oversee the operational management of the organisation and contribute to the artistic vision of Heart of Glass. For this maternity cover we are seeking a person who would be more suited to the administrative side of the overall role, taking a lead on the finance, operational and development aspects of the organisation. This person will be involved in all aspects of the organisation but will have direct responsibility for financial management, planning and operational issues, marketing and communications, fundraising, monitoring and reporting, and shared responsibility with the Director for team development and training, governance management and strategic stakeholder management.
